What structures do you demolish?
Sheds (up to approximately 10×12 structures), decks, pergolas, hot tubs, above-ground pools, old fencing, and small outbuildings. We do not handle structural demolition requiring a demolition license. If your project is larger or structural, we'll tell you upfront.
Do I need a permit for shed or deck removal in Portland?

Can you handle a hot tub removal by yourself or do you need a crew?
Hot tubs require at minimum two people and the right equipment. We bring what's needed for safe removal. This is not a single-person job and we don't attempt it as one.
