Do you disconnect appliances before removing them?
We can assist with basic disconnection for standard appliances. Gas line disconnections and complex plumbing situations should be handled by a qualified technician before we arrive. Call us if you have questions about a specific appliance.
Do you recycle appliances?
Yes, where accepted. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, and most large appliances contain recyclable metals and materials. We route appliances to certified recycling and disposal facilities. They are not simply dumped.
Can you remove a refrigerator with food still in it?
We ask that appliances be emptied before pickup when possible. A refrigerator with food in it significantly adds to weight and creates disposal complications. If emptying isn't possible, call us and we'll talk through the situation.
Can you carry appliances out from basements or upper floors?
Yes. Large appliance stair carry-outs are something we handle regularly. We bring the right equipment for heavy items on stairs. This is included in the standard quote.
How is appliance removal priced?
Volume-based: by how much space items take in the truck. Single large appliance pickups are among the most straightforward to quote. Firm on-site price before we start, no obligation.
How fast can you pick up an appliance?
